Drag Queen Smoothies #2 Didi Folothru

Welcome to the second edition of Drag Queen smoothies, if you missed last week’s amazing recipe, you can find it here.

Didi Folothru

Didi is one big greedy plus -sized Queen, she loves to take in as much protein as she can and coat herself in honey which runs down her middle to the lowest point resulting in a ‘power bottom’ that delights and surprises her fans.

What you will need:


  •  1 Banana (size is everything….its about girth not length apparently)
  • 1 handful of Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Whey Protein
  • 1 Pinch of Turmeric
  • 200ml of Milk (semi skimmed for the slimmers, whole milk for the fatties)
  • 2 tbsp Pure Honey
  • 1 Spoon Flaxseeds


  • Peel back the skin and place the ‘uncut’ banana into the blender
  • Add the raspberries, whey protein,Turmeric and flaxseeds
  • Finally douse in honey and watch it trickle south
  • Add the milk
  • Blend for 20 Seconds
  • Let the honey set to form the ‘power bottom’
  • Make sure you swallow every last bit..(no-one likes a spitter)

Add Brandy to really feel the explosion…..

  1. I think I’ll have to make this for Mr. Comfortable. He’s still frighteningly thin after his chemo and radiation and I believe he’d love this! Thanks for sharing.
