Welcome to the second edition of Drag Queen smoothies, if you missed last week’s amazing recipe, you can find it here.
Didi is one big greedy plus -sized Queen, she loves to take in as much protein as she can and coat herself in honey which runs down her middle to the lowest point resulting in a ‘power bottom’ that delights and surprises her fans.
What you will need:
- 1 Banana (size is everything….its about girth not length apparently)
- 1 handful of Frozen Raspberries
- 1 tbsp Whey Protein
- 1 Pinch of Turmeric
- 200ml of Milk (semi skimmed for the slimmers, whole milk for the fatties)
- 2 tbsp Pure Honey
- 1 Spoon Flaxseeds
- Peel back the skin and place the ‘uncut’ banana into the blender
- Add the raspberries, whey protein,Turmeric and flaxseeds
- Finally douse in honey and watch it trickle south
- Add the milk
- Blend for 20 Seconds
- Let the honey set to form the ‘power bottom’
- Make sure you swallow every last bit..(no-one likes a spitter)
Add Brandy to really feel the explosion…..
